Warehouse

The Stesha Wellness warehouse is located in Houthulst, West-Vlaanderen and has a surface of 2000 m², so that we have a lot of goods on stock. 
In the industrial zone, you can find us close to the main acces roads so that we can guarantee our customers a quick delivery. 

Our way of work

Your order will be treated, packed-in and prepared with care of our employees. The goods will be collected by our external transport firm the day itself or the day after, so you get your order within a few days delivered. 
We put cleanliness and order of our warehouse on top, to create a good and convenient working space. This allows us to work smoothly and ergonomically, and the parcels are delivered to our customers in a neat and perfect condition. 

Large stock 

The more demand for a product, the more of we take it in stock. If an article is not in stock we try to get it as soon as possible so that your package can be sent asap. On the webshop, the stock management is shown and kept as correct as possible, if an article is out of stock, please contact us and we will try to inform you about the delivery date. 
We insist on delivering as quickly and carefully as possible, which is why we keep a large stock so that we are less dependent on the production times of our manufacturers. We check our stock daily and order as soon as a product is out of stock. 

Our packaging department

Transporting various wellness items requires a lot of attention when it comes to correct and good packaging so that there is no damage or problems during the transport are possible. We strenghten the packages as much as possible so that they are delivered to you undamaged. That is why we have a team that deals with this on a daily basis and therefore knows perfectly how to pack all articles. The priority is that all packages arrive undamaged at our customers premises. 
If something does go wrong, our customer service department will ensure that this is rectified as quickly as possible.
