Controller: The person responsible for processing personal data, as indicated in Art. 3. 

Website:The website on which you have entered your personal data.

User, you or your: Any natural person who enters one or more personal data on the website. 

Interactive use: Each use of the website where you actively enter personal data, whether or not via our electronic form filled in by you. 

Non-interactive use: Each use that cannot be considered as an interactive use

The website is owned and managed by Stesha Wellness, whose registered office is located at Eugene de Grootelaan 2B, 8650 Houthulst, Belgium, and whish is registered with the KBO under the number 0467.673.440. Persuant to the Privacy Act, Stesha Wellness shoult be considered as the "controller and person responsible". 

4. Processed data

4.1. Non-interactive use

During perely non-interactice use of this website, no personal data are processed in the sense of the Privacy Act. 

4.2. Interactive use

During interactive use of the website, including creating a profile and placing an order for products, the personal data entered by the user during the registration procedure ar processed. The personal data include, depending on the function used by the user: 

• Your name and forename
• Your address
• Your e-mail address
• Telephone (fixed or mobile) 
• Date of birth

By making interactive use of the website, the user unambiguously agrees to the processing of the personal data he/she has entered. 

4.3. Cookies

Both during a non-ineractive and interactive use of this website, so called "cookies" are used. These cookies register in a general way data that realte to your surfing behaviour on the website (consulted pages, date and time of consultation, used searching criteria, etc.) These data allows the website, to recognise the visitor during subsequent visits and to propose adapted content. The processed personal data may be communicated to the following recipients depending on the purposes of processing and the need for it; 

• The user himself/herself;
• The controller;
• In case of payment by you to Stesha Wellness: to the financial institution and payment service provider used by Stesha Wellness; ;
• In case of the purpose of shipping the purchased goods: to the shipping company contracted by Stesha Welness. 

The aforementioned recipients will only process the personal data received in accordance with this privacy statement. 

7. Right of access, correction and oppisition

The user has the right to be informed of 

• The existence of precessing operations concerning his personal data;
• The specific purposes of these processing operations;
• The categories of data concerned by these processing operations and of;
• The categories of recipients to whom the data are disclosed 

At the user's request, the processed data may also be communicated to him in an intelligible form, as well as all available information on the origin of the data. 

In addation, the user has te right to correct, free of charge, any personal data related to him. 

Under the circumstances described in Art. 12, §1 of the Privacy act, the user has the right to oppose the further processing of personal data. If the objection relates to personal data that are used for direct marketing purposes, the user may oppose this free of charge and without any justification. 

In order to exercise one or more of his rights mentioned in this article, the user shall send a dated and signed request to the controller. The user shall be informed of the information without delay and at the latest within 45 days of receipt of the request.
