Can't decide between a sauna or an infrared cabin? Would you prefer to install one in your garden?
Then a combi is exactly what you are looking for. With a combi there are both heaters and a sauna heater in the cabin.

Chaleur combi outdoor
The Chaleur combi outdoor is an infrared sauna cabin for outdoor use.
The interior of this combination is finished in Canadian red cedar, ayous, hemlock, aspen or pine wood.
The outside finish is untreated pine with overlapping panels. A wooden heated floor ensures that your feet are warm as soon as you sit down in the cabin.
Short wave Quartz heaters are included as standard, but these can always be adapted to your own wishes. The sauna 6kW oven has a built-in control.
During the cold winter days you can enjoy the warmth in your own garden.

Advantages
With a combi you have all the benefits of the sauna and infra-red in one.

Advantages of the sauna:

How to use a sauna?

  1. Undress???????
  2. Go to the toilet (This way you don't have to interrupt your sauna visit)
  3. Shower (Clean your body thoroughly before entering the sauna. This is not only hygienic for yourself, but also for others)
  4. Drying
  5. Warm up your body (It is important that you warm up your body first to avoid heat shock during the first sauna session. This can be done by a warm footbath)
  6. Sauna 8-12 minutes
  7. Cool down
First cool down in the open air, through breathing you already lose a large part of the stored heat
    Take a cold shower 10°C
Immerse yourself in a cold plunge pool 10°C
  8. Warm up the body

Always end with a rest!

Why cooling down is so important:

  • Good circulation makes the body stronger. A healthy blood circulation is crucial. To get more energy, for example, and to warm up better. But that's not all! After all, your circulation is the means of transporting all those much-needed vitamins, minerals, proteins, sugars and fats to the right places in your body. In addition, a healthy blood flow also ensures the removal of waste products and the supply of hormones and oxygen. We could go on like this for a while... In other words, you want to make sure that your circulation is in very good shape. By sweating in the sauna, your blood vessels dilate. If you then cool down sufficiently, they constrict again. This change in temperature makes your blood flow faster and trains your blood vessels. When you do this regularly, you will notice in time that your body is more resistant to ailments such as colds. You will generally feel stronger and more resillient.?????????????????????
  • Your pores close up nicely. When you are in the sauna, your pores open up through sweating. That's good, because that way you can get rid of all the waste! But when you leave the sauna, it is important that you make sure your pores close again. If you don't, you are much more vulnerable to bacteria.
  • It prevents headaches. You go to the sauna to fully relax and clear your head. So it would be a shame if you suddenly get a splitting headache that evening. If you suffer from a headache after visiting the sauna, this is usually due to an excessively high blood pressure. And this is due to insufficient cooling after the sauna. That cold shower makes your blood pressure go down, which reduces the risk of a headache.
