What is scrubbing?
Scrubbing is the removal of dead skin cells from your body. Losing skin cells is natural. It's how the skin renews itselfs automatically. By scrubbing, you give your skin a helping hand and remove dead skin. This way, you can prevent pimples and prevent ingrown hairs. Scrubbing is recommended in all seasons, especially in summer when the tan is faster and more even.
How to scrub?
To scrub, you need water and scrubbing salt or sugar. Wet your skin thoroughly and apply some scrubbing salt or sugar to the skin. Rub the scrub in circular movements over the skin. Rub gently (don't overdo it!) and use plenty of scrub. Make sure you rub evenly and not too much in the same place, as this will cause irritation. Use some water afterwards, to make the scrubbing less harsh and to remove it evenly. Rinse the scrub thoroughly with water and you're done! Your skin will feel radiant and soft again.
