Delivery according to your wishes

Stesha Wellness never includes shipping costs in its products, because you can also come and collect your order in our shop at the same price as in our webshop.
Shipping costs are only a chargeable expense for us.
We offer you several options for receiving your order.
 

1. You can come and collect your order in our shop:

Please note:
- Your order is only ready for pick-up when you have received an email from us stating that your order is ready for pick-up.
- Please bring your order confirmation
- Please keep in mind that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, the pick-up may be delayed because your payment will only reach us 1-3 days later, orders will only be prepared for pick-up after receipt of payment.
 

2. In a pick-up point via Bpost.

Shipping costs according to weight, place of residence,... will be suggested before you complete the order.
Delivery in one of the 1250 pick-up points in Belgium or other countries via Bpost:
          - Post offices.
          - Pick-up points in: Delhaize, Spar, Press Shop, Relay, Total, Q8.
There is always a pick-up point within 5 km of your residence with flexible opening hours. The parcel remains available at your pick-up point for 14 days. Maximum weight of the parcel is 30 kg, if the weight of your items exceeds this, it will be spread over several parcels.
Maximum dimensions of the parcel:
          - 1,5 meter for the longest side.
          - 3 meter for the total of the dimensions.
You will receive an email or text message as soon as your parcel is available at the pick-up point.
If you have not picked up your parcel after 2 days, a reminder will be sent.
A final reminder will be sent if the parcel has not been collected after 4 days.
You can track your package online for free via Bpost’s Track & Trace tool, so you know the delivery status at all times.

3. In a Bpost parcel machine

Shipping costs according to weight, place of residence,... will be suggested before you complete the order.
Parcels of 30 kg or more can be sent by Bpost to an automatic parcel machine. As soon as the weight is exceeded, several parcels are created automatically.
Delivery takes place at one of the 150 automatic parcel machines that Bpost owns throughout Belgium, at a hub in your neighborhood, stations, shopping centers, etc.
You have 24/7 access to the automatic parcel machine.
Maximum size of the parcel is 42 cm x 31 cm x 69 cm.
You will receive an email or text message as soon as your parcel is available at the automatic parcel machine.
If you have not picked up your parcel after 2 days, a reminder will be sent.
A final reminder will be sent when the parcel has not been collected after 4 days.

4. Home or office delivery by Bpost to your desired delivery address.

Shipping costs according to weight, place of residence,... will be suggested before you complete the order.
10.000 postmen and women at Bpost are ready to deliver your parcel every day.
98% of the parcels with destination Belgium are delivered the next day, between 9 am an 4 am.
Bpost is also a familiar face.
There are 5 sorting centres in Belgium of which 2 are specifically for parcels.
Maximum weight of the parcel is 30 kg, if the weight of your items exceeds this, they will be spread over several parcels.
Maximum dimensions of the parcel:
          - 1,5 m for the longest side.
          - 3 m for the total of the dimensions.
You will receive an email early in the morning on the day of delivery. This email contains a time indication of the scheduled delivery.

5. Small transports delivered by our external transport service Heppner Belgium.

Small transport includes articles of exceptional size such as articles longer than 150 cm (including packaging) such as telescopic rods, showers,…
For Belgium this will be 70 euro (province of Luxembourg 155 euros), for the Netherlands 75 euro, for all other countries we will ask for a price in order to have a correct price, what means that you can just place your order and after your order we will make you a proposal for the transport cost depending on weight and country of destination, when you do not agree your order will be cancelled, when you agree, your order will be sent as soon as we have received your payment.
If you choose this, you must provide an address where someone can always be present to receive the pallet or pallets, in order to avoid additional transport costs that will be charged to you afterwards. You will receive a track and trace to track the to track delivery.

6. Large transports delivered by our external transport service Heppner Belgium.

Large shipments include items that have an exceptional size that exceeds the weight and/or size and cannot be shipped via other means, such as swimming pools, spa.
For Belgium this will be 95 euro (province of Luxembourg 205 euros), for the Netherlands it will be 105 euro, for all other countries we will ask for a price in order to use a correct price, which means that you can just place your order and after your order we will make you a proposal for the transport cost depending on weight, size and country of destination, when you do not agree your order will be cancelled, when you do agree, your order will be sent as soon as we have received your payment.
If you choose this, you must provide an address where someone can always be present to receive the pallet or pallets, in order to avoid additional transport costs that will be charged to you afterwards. You will receive a track and trace to track the to track delivery.
